Method 1

In this method, u need to start your Smartphone & follow these steps...

• Press all apps 
• To go to setting
• General Management

                              go RESET 

• Press reset
• Delete All

Method 2

follow these steps to perform a hard reset... 

• Turn off the Smartphone.
• Press&hold the Volume Up, Bixby key & Power key.
• When the green logo displays, release all keys 
• Press&Volume down button several times to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
